The Defy Food Guilt Program

Learn to create healthier habits and treating yourself with grace around food

Ready to actually ditch yo-yo dieting but

not sure where to start?

Defy Food Guilt is a virtual program that will dramatically decrease the guilt and shame you feel around the food.

Here's Why It Matters

It’s no fail every time. You were doing so well sticking to your diet, but then, like a human, you want to live your life. You smell that cheesy homestyle pizza and see the way the crust just bubbles as it’s heating up in the oven. Once it’s ready, you indulge in one piece at the table then later, when no one’s looking, you go back for more. Second piece. Third piece. You feel ashamed that you’re eating your emotions, but convince yourself you’ll just start over tomorrow.

At least no one’s watching.

These repetitive behaviors – constantly enjoying food at the table then sneaking more later – cause you to become out of touch. It’s just so delicious. You gain weight, struggle with feelings of guilt, and feel constantly bloated, sluggish, and lethargic.

You chalk it up to a loss. “Meh, I’ll just start on Monday.”

So on Monday, you start all over. “This week will be better!” you say. WRONG!

You end up feeling disappointed, defeated, and unmotivated because keeping up with the meal prep is just too much to handle.

Let's walk through your relationship with food as you know it now

Then Defy Food Guilt is for you!

Learn how to

"Each week’s lesson was more than just 'homework.' It gave me LIFE. I now speak love to myself with affirmations and spend time on daily gratitude. I eat when I’m hungry and I don’t if I’m not. I don’t obsess over numbers of calories or the scale. I literally love me and if I miss a day, I give grace and keep going."
Jacquelyn K.
Graduate

It’s time for you to quit sabotaging your health, to stop putting yourself on the back burner and waiting for the next month to begin, and to develop healthier habits so that you can dare to love yourself again – no matter what time of year it is.

This program is now enrolling year round! No more waiting for the next cohort to open.

Each week, we’ll release a lesson for you to watch on your own schedule. Typically these lessons are 15-30 minutes. We also will check-in with you weekly to support you during this program. The check-in’s can take as little as 5 minutes. So we’re talking LESS THAN AN HOUR each week.

We are capping the limit at TEN. We want to make sure to give you the most attention and support that you deserve while in the program.

The creator of this program, Mary-Catherine, is anti-diet cultureThis means that we won’t be asking you to count calories, track macros, or restrict what you’re eating. Don’t worry – that carrot cake at Easter fits! Participants will get a voluntary meal plan to follow towards the end of the 12 weeks, once we’ve laid the groundwork.

The focus of this program is helping you develop healthier habits, so you finally break free of that yo-yo dieting cycle. Not to mention, the scale means nothing! Weighing affects our mental health and doesn’t speak to the changes you’re making on a daily basis.

As a general rule of thumb, this program is for you if you

  • Are tired of feeling stuck and overwhelmed when it comes to food
  • Struggle to prioritize yourself
  • Are dealing with stress eating and overwhelm on a daily or even weekly basis
  • Have a tendency to hop on the next fad diet when January hits, only to be disappointed and defeated
  • Want to stop obsessing about weight, calories, and macros
  • Want someone to give you the exact roadmap of what you need to do to master YOUR nutrition

But if you’re still not sure, let’s hop on a good fit call to see if this program is for you!
