Google review - Mary-Catherine did a Pre/Post Workout Nutrition workshop for our fitness group a couple weeks ago after one of our workouts. The ladies of our group (myself included) really enjoyed and learned a lot from the content Mary-Catherine shared. She took the time to put some notes together, but also turned it into an open conversation to allow questions and personal stories. This allowed the free flow of ideas for appropriate pre- and post workout nutrition that fit the lifestyle of busy women (and moms). Our ladies are still talking about what they learned!
